Free standard shipping is available for eligible United States orders of $70 or more.

9. Delivery Issues

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, the estimated delivery period has passed, or a package cannot be located, please contact our customer service team.

A carrier tracking status marked as delivered does not automatically prevent a customer from requesting assistance regarding a delivery concern.

We may review the available carrier information and order details before determining the appropriate next steps.

10. Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 90 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Standard preference-based returns generally require the item to be unused, not materially altered, and returned with its original components and accessories.
